An efficient display from Holwell saw them run out 3-1 victors at Ellistown, to make it 6 points from a possible 9 in the league.
Daws was forced into reshuffling his team with Copson ruled out through illness, Wells unavailable, and Marshall struggling with an injury. In came Smith, Stannard and Bitmead.
Holwell started slowly but eventually found there stride and went ahead through a Foster penalty after Stannard was fouled in the box. This galvanised Holwell who quickly added two more from the head of Hibbitt, and then Joachim scoring his first league goal for the club.
HT 3-0
With the game all put safe Holwell played the second half at a reduced tempo going into a game management mode and looked like collecting a third consecutive clean sheet until and injury time consolation from Colin Jones put a dampener on what had been an efficient display.
